Privacy policy
This page describes what this site actually collects, where it goes and how long it is kept. It was written from the code — every point below matches what the site really does.

Who is responsible
Private individual, Republic of Moldova — operating under the name First Step Dispatch. Company details will be published once the legal entity is registered. Contact: dispatchcoursemd@gmail.com.
What we collect
If you sent the request form
We store what you entered: name, phone (with country code), the chosen course format and the English level you indicated. Alongside it we record your IP address and browser user-agent and — only if you allowed analytics — the Meta (_fbp, _fbc) and Google Analytics identifiers already present in your browser.
Why: so we can call you back and answer your questions about the course. The request is stored in our database; a notification about it goes to the project’s Telegram — that is where we call you back from.
Analytics — only if you allow it
None of the following loads until you click “Agree”. If you decline, nothing is requested and you are not asked again.

Where your data lives
The site and its database run on a server in the European Union (Hetzner); backups stay on the same server. The tools process data where their own policies say: PostHog on EU infrastructure, Google and Meta including the US.

What we never do
- We don’t sell your data or pass it to anyone other than the tools listed above.
- We don’t track you on other sites.
- We don’t dig through analytics to build a personal profile of you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can switch analytics off in your browser — with “do not track”, a blocker or by refusing this site’s cookies. Write to dispatchcoursemd@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the national data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
- lang — remembers the language you chose. Set by us; it is not sent to the server for anything else.
- The analytics tools (PostHog, Meta, Google) set their own cookies when you visit the site.
