Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the training offered by First Step Dispatch: the US truck dispatcher course in the “classroom (Chișinău)”, “online” and “one-to-one” formats. Current prices and start dates are published on the site’s home page — that is their only source. If the written confirmation of your enrolment differs from this page, the confirmation takes precedence.

Who you are contracting with

The legal entity’s details will be published here once its registration is complete — until then they are deliberately not published.
What we sell
A seat in a course group: nine two-hour lessons, materials (including the breakdowns of twenty first-week questions), a certificate and a month of instructor support after the course ends. Format, price and start date are fixed when you enrol. The detailed purchase terms are in the public offer.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer to details sent after the call. We never accept or see card details. Work with the group begins after the deposit; its amount is stated before you pay. While the legal entity is being registered, payment details are sent personally after the call.
What we don’t promise
The course teaches a profession. We don’t place people in jobs and don’t promise a level of income: we help you write a CV, suggest where to send it and prepare you for the interview — but the result depends on the market and on you.
Changes and cancellation
The start date or format can be changed by agreement before the course begins. If we cancel the course (for example, the group didn’t fill), the deposit is refunded in full.
If something goes wrong
Write to dispatchcoursemd@gmail.com and tell us what happened. We reply within 5 working days: we either fix it, give you a date, or decline with reasons.
If that doesn’t resolve it, we first try to settle it directly. Buyers in the EU can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in this section removes rights you have by law.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
This page may be updated. Your enrolment is governed by the version that was live on the day you paid — we keep a copy of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova — without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country, which apply regardless.
