Honest questions — honest answers
Everything that usually goes unsaid is here: jobs, income, English, the schedule and money. If your question isn’t here, ask it on the free call.
About work after the course
Will I get a job after the course?
We don’t place people in jobs and don’t promise that. We teach the profession: we help you write a CV, suggest where to send it and prepare you for the interview. After that, it is the market and you.
How much does a beginner earn?
We don’t publish a number — it depends too much on the person, the company and the market. On the call we name the real range, based on the experience of the people teaching.
Can I combine it with another job?
The course itself — yes: two hours, three times a week, timed with the group. The dispatcher job, at first — no: it is a full day in the US window, 15:00 to 00:00 Chișinău time. That is exactly why the lessons are in the daytime — an honest trial of the schedule.
About the course
What language are the lessons in?
In Russian or Romanian — not in English. English is the language of the job: you use it with brokers on the phone and need it from day one, but the course is not taught in it.
What if my English isn’t good enough?
Then English comes first. English is the way into the job, not the result of it. We don’t teach the language and can’t make up for it. The test is simple: understand a broker on the phone and answer. On the free call we check your level as we talk.
Why are lessons in the daytime and not the evening?
Because a dispatcher works from 15:00 to 00:00 our time, and the instructors are working then. The course fits into the same day before the shift, and we set the exact time to suit the group. It is also an honest trial: if you are not free at all in the daytime, this job won’t work for you either.
Do I need access to a real board?
You won’t get your own logins — the board is shown in real time from a working account, on real loads. If you want to sit down and dig in yourself — go ahead, during the lesson. The homework is designed so you don’t need separate access.
What equipment do I need?
The working minimum: two monitors, good internet, a keyboard, headphones, a mouse and a decent computer. These are not course requirements but the basic kit of the job itself.
What happens in the lessons?
Nine two-hour lessons over three weeks: roles in the market, the working day, eight trailers and their markets, the live DAT and Truckstop board, finding a load, calling a broker, paperwork and factoring, running a load, your first job. Homework between lessons, feedback at the start of the next one.
How is this different from car hauling courses?
A different market, different boards (DAT and Truckstop vs Central Dispatch), different trailers and a different risk for the dispatcher: in trucking a broker not paying is the factoring company’s problem, not yours. More on the page about the job.
About money and enrolling
Why is it so cheap?
Because it is three weeks on how the job works, not six months with a promise of employment. We don’t promise mountains of gold — we explain how this field works and help you work out whether it is for you. Charging a lot for that would be dishonest.
How do payment and enrolment work?
Form → call → your seat and the deposit. Payment is by bank transfer to details we send personally after the call: we never accept or see card details. The legal entity is being registered, so the company’s details are not published yet — see the terms and the public offer.
What if the group doesn’t fill?
If we cancel the course — for example, the group didn’t fill — the deposit is refunded in full. The terms are fixed when you enrol.
