Public offer for training
This document is First Step Dispatch’s public offer for training on the US truck dispatcher course. Paying for a seat in a group means accepting its terms. Prices and start dates are published on the home page — that is their only source.

Who makes the offer
Private individual, Republic of Moldova, operating under the name First Step Dispatch. Contact: dispatchcoursemd@gmail.com. The legal entity is being registered; until registration is complete its details are deliberately not published, and payment is made to details sent personally after the call.
Subject of the offer
A seat in the first cohort of the course: nine two-hour lessons over three weeks, materials (including a deck breaking down twenty first-week questions), lesson recordings, a certificate and a month of instructor support after the course ends. Lessons are live and taught in Russian or Romanian; the DAT and Truckstop board is shown in real time from the instructor’s working account.

The month of support is included in both group prices at no extra charge. The price is fixed when your enrolment is confirmed and does not change until the end of the cohort.
How the purchase works
- You leave a request on the site (name, phone, format).
- We call you back the same day, between 15:00 and 00:00: we talk about the job, the course, your English and your schedule. The call is free.
- If you decide to study, we send an invoice with bank transfer details. We never accept or see card details.
- Once the deposit arrives, the seat is yours; the deposit amount is stated before you pay.
No payments are taken before the call: the site does not accept payment directly.
If we cancel the course
If the group doesn’t fill or the cohort is cancelled for reasons on our side, the deposit is refunded in full. The start date or format can be changed by agreement before the course begins.
What the offer does not contain
Guarantees of employment or promises of a level of income. The course teaches a profession: we help you write a CV, suggest where to send it and prepare you for the interview — but the result depends on the market and on you. Of the three people the instructor has taught personally, one works as a dispatcher.
Student data
To enrol, we process your name, phone and chosen format — as described in the privacy policy: the course database and a Telegram notification. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data.
Law and disputes
The offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are first settled by negotiation: dispatchcoursemd@gmail.com, reply within 5 working days. Nothing here limits your rights under law.
Changes to the offer
The accepted (paid) version applies to your enrolment even if this page is updated later; a copy is kept together with your enrolment confirmation.
