Online group. The whole course — €199, from anywhere
The same live course as in the classroom: nine two-hour lessons, streamed live, three times a week, from October 20 to November 13. We set the time to suit the group. Lessons are in Russian or Romanian. Starts October 20. Enrolment closes October 18.
What €199 includes
Streamed live, not recorded
Lessons are live — you can ask a question at any moment. You keep the recordings after the course.
DAT and Truckstop on screen
In lesson four the board is shown in real time from a working account — on real loads, no simulations.
A cheat sheet for your first week
A deck answering the twenty questions that come up once you are on the job: from the first thirty minutes of a shift to the call with a broker.
Proof of completion
A certificate of completion — plus a CV we help you write in lesson nine.
Support is included
In your first month at work you can message a mentor from 15:00 to 00:00: should I take this load, how do I answer the broker. No extra charge.
Practice between lessons
One day between lessons: lesson → homework → feedback at the start of the next one. No board access of your own needed.
The programme: nine topics in three weeks
One programme for every format — only the way the lesson is delivered changes.
- Lesson 01
Who is who in US trucking
Dispatcher, broker, carrier, shipper, customer, factoring — who pays whom.
- Lesson 02
A dispatcher’s working day from start to finish
The first thirty minutes of a shift and the whole day — up to handing over to the after-hours team.
- Lesson 03
Trailers and their markets
Dry Van, Vented, Reefer, Flatbed, Conestoga, Step Deck, RGN, Low Boy, Power Only — which freight goes on which trailer.
- Lesson 04
DAT and Truckstop boards — live on screen
A real board from the instructor’s working account. Students do not get logins.
- Lesson 05
Finding a load for a specific driver — practice
City, state, date, a 150-mile radius — and how to tell that a load suits this driver.
- Lesson 06
The broker: the call, the check, the haggling
What to say in the first ten seconds, how to check a broker and how to get a better rate.
- Lesson 07
Paperwork and money: rate con, BOL, factoring
How a document becomes an invoice — and why a broker not paying is not your problem in trucking.
- Lesson 08
Running a load, and when it goes wrong
Won’t load, won’t unload: there is one answer, and it is the broker. Real cases, taken apart.
- Lesson 09
The driver, the team and your first job
Talking to drivers, an internship from the inside, job ads and your CV.
This format suits you if
- You are between 18 and 50.
- You understand spoken English on the phone and can reply. Not a certificate — the ability to understand a broker and get your point across. No English yet? Then English first, the course after.
- You can follow lessons in Russian or Romanian. The course is not taught in English — English is the language of the job, with brokers.
- You have two free hours in the daytime, three times a week. We agree the exact time with the group before the start. Lessons are live in the daytime: if your day is taken by a 9-to-6 job, you won’t be able to join.
- You have, or will have: two monitors, good internet, headphones and a decent computer.
Does it all fit? Leave a request — we’ll call you the same day, between 15:00 and 00:00
